Capsicum or Shimla mirch is a vegetable with varied colours .We can eat this vegetable as raw in salad or as curry or/ and use to cook pasta, noodles and many other recipes. It has lots of health benefits. Capsicum can reduce blood sugar level.

I have prepared a dry curry with green capsicum, tomatoes and mustard paste. It's yummy and delicious with a flavour of pickle.
