Cooking Instructions

First of all keep pan on medium flame then add ghee or oil. Then fry dry fruits after frying remove dry fruits and then add grated coconut.for one to two minute roast coconut and then add jaggery and make it well

For 5to7 minutes mix coconut and jaggery then add roasted dry fruit and cardamom powder and switch off the gas now for outside coverage we are making Dough with the help of wheat flour and semolina.

Take wheat flour and samuelina in one plate then add two tablespoon of oil and pinch of salt and mix it will and then add water and make a dough. Rest it for 10 minutes and then make a Puri with the help of cutter give it modak shape

Then add feeling in it and close it prepare all modaks.

Keep PAN on medium flame and add oil in it when oil is heating fry all modaks on medium flame.
