Cooking Instructions

For making dough -
Take semolina/suji in mixing bowl add all-purpose flour and hot ghee mix all well together add milk slowly let it soak properly knead soft dough rest dough for 1/2 hour cover with wet cloth - 2
For making stuffing
In a pan heat ghee add poppy seeds saute add decicated coconut add grated jaggery on low heat mix well continuously - 3
Now add green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix all well take care of jaggery could not melt just mixing all well together transfer to a bowl

Shaping Modak
Knead modak dough again for 2 min
Make small balls roll each of them add stuffing 1 tbsp hold puris and start petals give final shape of modak take out extra top part - 5
Modak is ready
Now make all modak same way. - 6
Frying Modak
Heat up oil/ghee in pan let it hot fry modak inside hot ghee till golden in colour - 7
