Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhite chana
  2. 1/2 cuphung curd
  3. 1 tspchat massala
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  7. 2 tbspghee
  8. 1 tbspgrated cheese
  9. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, soak chana for 8 hours. Then pressure cook for 5-6 whistles.

    Mash chana with a masher. Add chaat massala and salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Now, take hung curd in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder and asafoetida. Mix well and make a paste and keep aside.

    Take 2 roti. Spread chana mixture on it.

  5. 5

    Now heat a skillet, add ghee and roast the roti from both sides.

    Now take it on a plate. Spread hung curd mixture over it.

  7. 7

    At last add cheese over it and band it like the shape of tacos.

    Enjoy with ketchup.
