Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchopped Fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupbesan
  4. 1 TSPgreen chilli paste
  5. 1 TSPginger garlic paste
  6. 1 TSPred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 TSPturmeric powder
  8. 1 TSPcarrom seeds
  9. 1 tbssesame seeds
  10. 1/4 TSPasafoetida
  11. 2 tbscurd
  12. Salt according taste
  13. as neededWater
  14. Oil or ghee for applying

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chop Fenugreek leaves finely.
    Add all ingredients mention above one by one.

  2. 2

    Start kneeding it by adding water slowly. make semisoft dough.
    Make small sized pedha and keep it aside, for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Start rolling it thinly, and roast it on medium flame from both the sides till done.

  4. 4

    Apply ghee or oil to parathas and it's ready to serve.
    Serve it with chilled curd and chutney.
