Ingredients

  1. 1shalgam (turnip)
  2. 1 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1tsp cumin powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2red chilli
  8. 2tsp white oil
  9. 1tsp kasuri methi
  10. 1tsp ghee

    First peel the turnip well.Then cut the turnip.Then add oil to the frying pan.

    When the oil is hot add red chilli.Then fry the turnip.Then add chopped onion chopped tomato salt and red chilli.Fry it well and then add turmeric powder.Then strain the mixture well.Cover with water if it is grated.After 10 minutes open the lid and you will see that when the turnip are boiled add salt and when the gravita is thick add ghee and kasuri methi.
