  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1chopped cauliflower
  3. 1 tbspchopped curry leaves
  4. 2tsp ghee
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2chopped green chilli
  7. 50gram cashew nuts
  8. 50gram raisins
  9. 1chopped tomato

    On May 1 the cauliflower will cut the tomatoes into small pieces.Then wash the rice.

    Then put the frypan on the gas.When the frypan is hot give ghee.Then give curry leaves chopped green chilli cashew nuts and raisins.Then fry the chopped cauliflower with chopped tomato and salt. Then add the mixture with the rice.When it is cooked cover it with water.After15minutes you will open the lid and see that the rice is boiled and the mixture will be dropped.

    Cauliflower pulao is ready.
