Ingredients

  1. 250 GramPaneer
  2. Salt - To Taste
  3. 1/4 CupCorn Flour
  4. Oil - To Fry Paneer
  5. 4 TbspOil - For Cooking
  6. 12-15Chopped Garlic
  7. 3-4Chopped Green Chillies
  8. 1/2 CupChopped Onions
  9. 1 CupDiced Onions & Capsicum
  10. 1 TbspSchezwan Sauce
  11. 2 TspGreen Chilli Sauce
  12. 1 TspVinegar
  13. 1 TbspTomato Ketchup
  14. Chopped Coriander

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Coat The Paneer Cubes With Salt & Corn Flour By Tossing It In A Bowl.

    Fry Them On High Flame Till Golden & Crispy.

  3. 3

    Heat Some Oil In A Pan.

  4. 4

    Add Chopped Garlic & Green Chillies In It And Saute For A Minute On High Flame.

  5. 5

    Add Chopped Onions & Saute For 2-3 Minutes On High Flame.

  6. 6

    Add Diced Capsicum & Onion In It And Saute For 3-4 Minutes On High Flame.

  7. 7

    Add Schezwan Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce & Tomato Ketchup In It.

  8. 8

    Then Add Vinegar & Salt In It.

  9. 9

    Mix & Cook Them For A Minute On Slow Flame.

  10. 10

    Add Fried Paneer & Chopped Coriander In It.

    Mix It Well With The Sauce & Enjoy 😊
