Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspOil
  2. 1tspn mustard seeds
  3. 1/2tspn Fennel seeds
  4. 6nos tomato boiled
  5. 2nos Chopped onion
  6. 2nos green chilies chopped
  7. 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
  8. 1tspn Chilli powder
  9. 1tspn coriander powder
  10. leavesFew curry
  11. leavesFew coriander
  12. 1tspn Salt

    Heat a kadai, heat water add tomatoes cooked well. Then remove the skin and transfer to mixy jar grind well.

    Heat a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and onion till light golden in colour.

    Add tomatoes pury, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and water cook 5 to 6 minutes and add coriander leaves. It's suitable for Idli and dosa
