Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPaneer (mashed)
  2. 4 teaspoonsSugar
  3. 4 teaspoonsMilk powder
  4. Pistachio
  5. 1/2 teaspoonCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add sugar to the mashed paneer and heat the mixture on a medium flame till the sugar forms a double-stranded syrup for about 10 mins.

    Switch off the heat and add the milk powder and cardamon powder.

    Mix well and spread it on a greased plate. (Greased with unsalted butter)

    Garnish with pistachios and allow it to cool completely.

  5. 5

    Cut them into pieces and serve.
