Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 3/4 cupGhee..
  3. 3/4 cupSugar..
  4. as neededNuts of your choice
  5. 3Green cardamom powder
  6. 4 cupWater 4 times to flour

Cooking Instructions

    Take a deep pan.

  2. 2

    Add ghee and heat it.

  3. 3

    Add wheat flour and roast it.

  4. 4

    Roast the flour till it changes colour and nice aroma comes.

  5. 5

    Add water and stir continously.

  6. 6

    When it starts thickening add sugar and mix properly.

  7. 7

    Now add cardamom powder and nuts of your choice.

  8. 8

    Delicious aate ka halwa is ready for juniors.
