Cooking Instructions

Sieved maida, baking soda together in a mixing bowl and add ghee, yogurt...mix properly and make a soft dough with few water......rest the dough for 15 minutes

Now make 1 string sugar syrup with 1 cup of water....Now let it cool

Now make small tikkies and Press in center.... deep fry in lukewarm oil only on low flame... till the golden colour comes out....Take out and let it cool

Now dip balushahi in sugar syrup one by one and spread sugar syrup evenly on balushahi....take out in a plate and Garnish with Chopped pistachios.... Enjoy the taste....Store in airtight container
