Eggless brownie (with Cocoa powder)

These eggless brownies are very moist, soft, rich and chocolaty. I have used cocoa powder to give chocolate flavor. I have used milk instead of eggs. These brownies are healthy because I have used wheat flour & rava instead of all purpose flour (maida).

These eggless brownies are very moist, soft, rich and chocolaty. I have used cocoa powder to give chocolate flavor. I have used milk instead of eggs. These brownies are healthy because I have used wheat flour & rava instead of all purpose flour (maida).
Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350F / 180C. Sieve wheat flour, Suji, baking soda, Cocoa powder, coffee powder & salt.

Add butter, milk & sugar in a bowl. Beat it with blender for 5-10 minutes. Add vinegar & vanilla essence. Beat again for 4-5 minutes.

Now add Cocoa flour by spoon & continuously beat. Repeat this process until whole flour mixed with butter & milk mixture. Beat until no lumps remains.

Now grease cake mould with butter & Sprinkle some flour. Now transfer this batter in mould.

Bake for 25-30 mins until a skewer inserted into the brownie comes out with crumbs Let the baked brownies sit in the pan and cool completely.

Now cut with cookies cutter or square shape. Sprinkle some sugar powder with siever.

Serve hot with chilled vanilla icecream or tea.

Note:you can use 1/2 cup curd instead of milk & vinegar.
