  1. 1 cuprajma (boiled)
  2. 3 cupsbasmati rice(par boiled)
  3. 2onions (sliced)
  4. 1/2cup,tomatoes puree
  5. 1 tspJeera powder
  6. 1 tbspDhaniya powder
  7. 1 tea spoonGinger paste
  8. 1 tspnGarlic paste
  9. as neededWhole garam masala,(jeera,bay leaf and red chilli)
  10. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  12. 2-4 tbspOil
  13. 2 tbsp ghee
  14. 1 tea spoonSugar
  15. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add oil and fry the whole masalas

  2. 2

    Now fry the sliced onions

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste chilli powder

  4. 4

    Now add salt and turmeric powder jeera dhaniya powder and fry

  5. 5

    Add the boiled rajmas fry a little

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes puree and mix it well

  7. 7

    Now add the boiled rice and toss it for a while

  8. 8

    Add ghee and sugar

  9. 9

    Cover it with the lid and keep it on a low flame

  10. 10

    After1/2 an hour switch off the heat.

  11. 11

    Sprinkle garam marsala powder and serve
