Ever wonder what to do with the large outside leaves of a head of cabbage? Well here is one use.
Cooking Instructions

Season the pork loins. Put in a zip lock bag for 2 hours

Don't preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Cold start it.

Boil the water with salt. Wash the leaves. Add them to the water cover boil 5 minutes keep cover, set aside.

Set a leaf out on a plate. Add a pork loin in the center. Fold sides in and th to tonthe center.fold the thick in over last. Tie with string. Set in an oven safe dish. Bake for an hour in a half. Cold start oven.

Bake from cold start 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
