  2. 1 kgHari matar chila hua
  3. 1bowlHari dhaniya
  4. 1/2spoon jeera,garam masala,haldi
  5. -namak swad anusar
  6. 1/4spoon laal mirch Powder
  7. 2-4sabut laal mirch
  8. 1-2spoontel
  9. 1/2 kgatta
  10. 1refind
  11. Hari dhaniya ki chutney
  12. 8-10Hari mirch
  13. 1 bunchHari dhaniya ki pati
  14. 20-25lehsun ki kaliyaan
  15. 1medium size nimbu
  16. -namak swad anusar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Aatte me halka sa namak or refind daal kar simple aatta gund ke rakh de.

    Gas on kar ke uspe kadai chada de,kadai me tel daal kar garam kar le.

  3. 3

    Tel garam hone ke Baad usme jeera daal de.

  4. 4

    Jeera tadakne Lage to usme Hari matar daal de.

    Hari matar daalne ke Baad usme namak,laal mirch Powder,haldi,garam masala or sabut laal mirch daal kar kadai ko dhak de.

    5 se 7 minute me matar gal jaye ga,phir usko pees le.

    Pise hue matar me Hari dhaniya daal ke mix kar le.

    Mix karne ke Baad aatte ki loyian bana kar paratha tave par sek le.

    Hari dhaniya ki chutney ko banane ki vidhi

    Lehsun,dhaniya,Hari mirch in sabko dhul ke kaat le fir mixci ke Jaar me in sabko daal de usi me nimbu ke ras aur namak bhi daal de fir in sab Ko pees le Hari dhaiya ki chutney tayar hai.

    Garam garam paratha ke saath Hari dhaniya Ki chutney ko Paris de.
