Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupArhar daal 30 minutes pehle bhigo kar rakh de
  2. 3tomato
  3. 1 inchAdrak ka tukda
  4. 2hari mirch
  5. 1 cuplauki katti hui
  6. 1 cupkaddu katta hua
  7. 2-3 tspHara dhaniya barik katta hua
  8. 5-10kadhi pata
  9. 2 tspimali ka rass
  10. 1/2 tspsarso ke dane
  11. 1/4methi ke dane
  12. 1/4haldi powder
  13. Namak your taste according
  14. 3 tspSambar masala

Cooking Instructions

    Sab se pehle daal ko pressure cooker me dal kar boil kar le.

    Uske baad ek pain me sari vegtables dal kar 1/2 cup pani dal kar pakne ke liye rakh de.

    Uske baad tomato, adrak, hari mirch ko mixure me grander kar le.

  4. 4

    Ek pain me Oil gram karein jab Oil gram ho jaye. Usme sarso, methi ke dane, haldi powder, kadhi pata, dal ke bhune..

    Uske baad tomato ka paste add karein masale ko tab tak bhune Jab tak usme se Oil na alg ho jaye. Jab masala bhun jaye usme vegtables or daal add karein. 1 cup pani bhi add karein.

    Uske baad Sambar masala, imali ka rass add kar ke 3-4 minutes tak pakaye. Sath me katta hua dhaniya add karein. Thanku.
