Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Paneer cubes
  2. 2 tbsp Onion powder
  3. 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  4. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  5. 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. 4 tbsp yogurt
  8. 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  9. 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  10. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  11. As required Salt
  12. For garnishing -
  13. 1/2 cup Boiled green peas

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except paneer and kasuri methi in a bowl.

    Heat a frying pan and pour this mixture.

  3. 3

    Cook it for 2 mins on a low flame.

  4. 4

    Add Paneer in it and cook for 15 mins on a low flame.

  5. 5

    Roast kasuri methi on the working surface and
    sprinkle it just before you put the heat down.

  6. 6

    Garnish with boiled peas.
