Cooking Instructions

Wash your meat, put in a pot, add salt, pepper, knorr and allow to boil.

Once cooked to tender, add your dryfish and crayfish, add more water, then the red oil, allow it all to come to.a boil then add the offor

Stir very well so that it wont clump together. Allow to boil for awhile untill the offor dissolves then add the bitterleaf

When you add it, taste for salt and pepper, if okay then let it simmer for a while then turn off the heat.

Enjoy with any swallow
