Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmaida (refined flour)
  2. 1/2 cupcornflower
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. to tasteRed chilli powder
  5. 1 bowlBoiled cabbage
  6. as neededOil for deep frying
  7. 1Onion
  8. 1Capsicum
  9. 1 inchGinger chopped
  10. 1 tspGarlic chopped
  11. as neededTomato sauce
  12. as neededSoya sause
  13. as neededSesame seeds fryed
  14. to tasteBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,add maida,cornflower,salt,red chilli,a and mix well add water little by little and make a paste

    Heat oil in a pan for deep frying,take the gobi dip them in the batter gently drop them into the hot oil and fry on medium flame till golden brown

    Heat oil in a pan,then add Ginger garlic and saute for high flame then add Onions and capsicum and saute 2 minutes then add red chilli,salt,black pepper powder,tomato sause,soya sause,chilli sause and mix well

    Add the fried gobi and mix well so that the sause gets coated well on the gobi

    Add a tbsp of cornflower with 2 tbsp of water and toss well for a few seconds

  6. 6

    Add fried sesame seeds and mix well and serve
