I have pork lard left over decided to mix it in veggies.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the lard in cubes,after washing, place in the pot. Add sliced onion & tomatoes.

Cook it on Medium heat, add the finely chopped spinach & cabbage.

Stir well & add salt then oil. Serve with hot Ugali.
