Cooking Instructions

Take all the dal together. Soak them for atleast 4 to 5 hours. I have soaked it for overnight.

Take a cooker. And put some oil. Now add onions and saute for some time. Till it turns pink.

Now add chopped tomatoes.

Now add all masalas and mix them well.

After 2 3 mins add dal and saute again for 4 5 mins.

Add some water and close the cover.

After 2 3 whistle switch off the gas.

For tadka... Take one pan and add ghee
- 9
After ghee is hot add hing and red chillies and jeera and curry patta. And put this into dal.

Add this mixture to dal. And mix well. Now this healthy dal is ready to be served.

Serve hot with Naan, roti or phulke..
