Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdiced ripe mango
  2. 1 cupplain non-fat yogurt
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 2 tbspwhite sugar
  5. 1 pinchcinnamon powder(optional)
  6. 1 pinchcardamom powder(optional)
  7. bournvita powder(I have used bournvita powder.You may use grated powder,cashew nuts,raisins)
  8. 1/4 cupchilled water

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the ingredients, except bournvita powder or whatever you are using for garnishing to a blender and blend it well. You may use a few ice cubes.
