Ingredients

  1. 2Beetroots (Steamed and Chopped)
  2. 2Cucumbers (Skinned and Chopped)
  3. 1Small Tomato (Chopped)
  4. 4Small Green Chillies (Chopped)
  5. 1/2Onion (Chopped)
  6. as neededJuice of Half Lemon
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the beetroots nicely and steam it in a steamer or rice cooker. Allow to cool. When cool, remove the skin and chop into small pieces and keep aside.

    Wash the cucumbers nicely. Remove the skin and chop into small pieces and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Chop the onion, tomato and the green chillies and keep aside.

  4. 4

    In a deep mixing bowl, add all the chopped ingredients. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix nicely and Serve.
