Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpoha
  2. 12-15curry leaves
  3. as neededcoriander leaves, chopped
  4. 5green chilli
  5. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  6. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  7. 1small onion (for garnish)
  8. 4 tablespoonfarsaan
  9. 50 gmroasted Peanuts
  10. 1/2lemon
  11. 1 tablespoonsalt
  12. 2 tablespoonsugar
  13. 1.5 tablespoonoil

    In our first step we have to roast peanuts.Then keep them aside.Then clean coriander leaves,curry leaves,and green chilli cut them properly,cut onion small in pieces,take half lemon.

    In our second step wash poha with water and then keep them side,then add 2 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon salt mix them well.Now we will prepare for tadka take 1.5 tablespoon oil in pan,when oil become heat add mustard seeds for ten seconds,then add Curry leaves,add chilli,and turmeric power,mix well after 30 seconds add poha and mix them well for 4 -5minutes now add lemon juice and roasted Peanuts and add coriander leaves.Off the gas now poha prepare.

    At last we can serve poha with farsan and onion.This is tasty and healthy breakfast.
