This is a a tasty tea-time snack which is crunchy, tasty and packed with proteins! Tastes great with a cup of piping hot chai! Try it, you won't be disappointed :)
Cooking Instructions

Wash & soak all the Dals in some water for 6 hours.

Drain, reserve the water.

Add dal mix in a mixer jar, ginger, peppercorns, cloves, green chillies, asafoetida, salt, just a little of the reserved water. Grind till smooth in batches.

Add chopped onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves, mix. If the batter is a little runny, you can add 2 tbsp rice flour.

Deep fry small blobs of the ready batter in hot oil on medium heat till golden brown & crisp.

Serve hot. Enjoy with Chutney of choice or Ketchup.
