材料

4人分

玄米三合
水 540~600cc(今回は600cc
きのこ好きな分
ズッキーニ一本
アスパラ三本
しそ 5枚
ゴマお好み
オーサワの中華だし一袋
醤油小さじ2
オリーブオイル小さじ2
塩胡椒少々

レシピを保存

作り方

玄米は洗って四時間以上吸水させた後、水を切っておく。

加熱水蒸気調理機能のついたオーブンで250度に予熱

耐熱皿に玄米

野菜(ズッキーニ、アスパラ、きのこ

野菜は火が通りやすいように小さく切ってから、耐熱皿に並べる。

水、調味料を入れる。

予熱が完了したら上段で４０分加熱する。

最後にごま油をかけて混ぜ、しそをトッピングして完成！
