Get ready with the ingredients!

Use fork or hands to shred the chicken (about 300g breasts→

in order to make 4 cups of shredded chicken). Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, put in the dressing ingredients.

Whisk until well blended.

Add all of the salad ingredients in and toss well.

Taste, and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

Serve!

Burger buns, kalamata spread, arugula, Monterey Jack cheese!
コツ・ポイント
You can change tarragon to→dill/oregano/basil/parsley! Refrigerate it in an airtight container for it to last 3-5 days.
