材料

3-4 serving
  1. For the salad
  2. poached chicken breast (shredded) Recipe ID : 20737692 2
  3. scallion (thinly sliced) 2
  4. celery (finely minced) 1/2 stalk
  5. shallot (finely minced) 1 small (2 tablespoons)
  6. For the dressing
  7. extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
  8. mayonnaise 1/3 cup
  9. sour cream 1/4 cup
  10. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  11. dry tarragon 1/4 teaspoon
  12. garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
  13. sea salt 1/4 teaspoon and more to taste
  14. freshly ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon or more to taste

作り方

    Get ready with the ingredients!

    Use fork or hands to shred the chicken (about 300g breasts→

    in order to make 4 cups of shredded chicken). Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, put in the dressing ingredients.

    Whisk until well blended.

    Add all of the salad ingredients in and toss well.

  7. 7

    Taste, and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

    Serve!

    Burger buns, kalamata spread, arugula, Monterey Jack cheese!

コツ・ポイント

You can change tarragon to→dill/oregano/basil/parsley! Refrigerate it in an airtight container for it to last 3-5 days.
