材料

3-4 servings
  1. fried tofu (cut into bite-size pieces) 1 (6 oz)
  2. oyster mushrooms (shredded) 5 oz
  3. yellow or Vidalia onion (angled) 1/2 medium
  4. garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  5. red bell pepper (cut into bite sized pieces) 1 large
  6. For the sauce:
  7. bean paste (豆板醤) 1/2 tablespoon
  8. sweet bean sauce (甜麺醤) 1/2 tablespoon
  9. fermented black bean sauce (豆豉醬) 1 teaspoon
  10. sake 2 tablespoons
  11. soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  12. potato starch 1 teaspoon
  13. water 2 teaspoons
  14. toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

    Oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat, add tofu.

  4. 4

    Cook until tofu gets brown on all sides.

  5. 5

    Add mushroom, onion and garlic then cook until wilted.

  6. 6

    Reduce heat to medium low, stir in sauce and pepper.

  7. 7

    Toss well until evenly coated with sauce. Stir in starch.

  8. 8

    Toss and drizzle sesame oil over it and toss once more.

  9. 9

    Serve!

コツ・ポイント

Stir in bell pepper at the end of cooking to keep a crunchy texture. A starch & water mix help to make a thicker sauce!
