Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsdeep fried omena
  2. 2big onions chopped
  3. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  4. 1 cuptomato puree
  5. Small pilipili hoho chopped
  6. 1small bunch of dhania
  7. 2 tbspLemon juice
  8. Salt
  9. Oil
  10. 2royco cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle the lemon juice into the omena and keep aside, helps in minimizing the after taste

    Fry the onions until browned, add the garlic, hoho and tomatoes, simmer for a few minutes.

    Add the dhania and royco and salt.

  4. 4

    Finally add the omena and mix well, cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until ready. Serve with hot sima.
