Sometimes you don't know what to do with bread crusts but this French toast is absolutely heavenly! I love this dish... even more than regular french toast!!The key is to macerate the bread over 10 minutes after mixing all ingredients to bring the bits of toast together.If you add a few drops of vanilla oil, it will turn into an excellent dessert!! This is my daughter's favorite french toast. Getting it ready before going to bed is a bit of a pain, but I thought, "There has to be an easy way to do it!" So I came up with this recipe.I usually let it soak for 2~3 minutes, but if you let it soak just enough, it will be nice and fluffy when you fry it up.
