Ingredients

20 chapati
  1. 1 kgwheat flour (Ajab)
  2. Cooking oil
  3. 4 teaspoonsugar
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour and cooking oil in a bowl.

    Add water little by little as you kneed until soft.

    Cover with kitchen towels for 30 minutes.

    Roll the dough with a rolling pin. Brush with some oil.

    Cut in to strips that you will use to make a ball

    Roll the balls with a rolling pin into nice circle shapes.

  7. 7

    Put in a preheat pan and regulate the heat.

    Add little cooking oil and let it cook evenly until golden brown.

  9. 9

    Turn the other side and add oil and cook till golden brown.
