Cooking Instructions

In a sufuria, add spaghetti,sprinkle some salt and hot water,cook until ready. Once it is ready you can drain the excess water and set it aside

In a bowl, add the sossi chunks

Add some hot water, in order for it to soak a bit for atleast 5 minutes

Now, prepare your other ingredients and set them aside

In a sufuria or pan, add cooking oil and let it heat up

Add your chopped onions

Cook until sweaty then add ginger and garlic

Cook until ready,ensure you have mixed well

Add your tomatoes,don't stir, just a bit of water and cover. This enables the tomatoes to cook on its own

Once ready, it time to add the spices of your choice

Stir everything together now

Drain some of the water from the sossi chunks,add them in tomato onion mixture,

Add a bit of the water,then mix everything and let it simmer for 1 minute

Once done, put off the heat, serve and enjoy with either Rice, spaghetti,or even chapati.
