Ingredients

  1. 1Egg
  2. 100 mlMilk
  3. 2 tbspSugar
  4. 1Caramel sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat the egg well in a bowl. Add the sugar to the milk and gently heat. Add the egg, mix well and then strain.

  2. 2

    If you are making them in pudding moulds, thinly coat the moulds with butter. Pour in the caramel sauce.

  3. 3

    Pour the pudding mixture into the moulds. Line up on a baking tray filled with water, and steam bake for 30 minutes at 170℃.

    Chill in the fridge.
