All-Purpose Spinach Paste

I wanted to make spinach curry, but I blended it too much and it became a paste. This sauce is vegetarian.
If you're not vegetarian or on a restricted sugar diet, then switch the vegetable bouillon to chicken stock granules. Using soy milk instead of water will make this sauce richer. Recipe by matsno
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mince the onion, celery, and ginger. Microwave the onion for 5 minutes. After the onion has heated, sauté all the vegetables in olive oil.
- 2
Boil the spinach and then roughly chop into pieces.
- 3
Add the water (or soy milk), tomato, spinach, and cooked onion, in that order, to a blender and blend until a paste is formed. Use a blender if possible.
- 4
Return everything to a pot and add the salt and sugar. Simmer for just a short time and it's all done.
- 5
Serve with brown rice and garnish with some extra cooked onion and celery.

Raw Spinach Pasta Raw Spinach Pasta
I made this because I searched for a recipe that I liked and I couldn't find one. You can make this recipe easily since there aren't any unusual ingredients or any overly complicated steps.Feel free to boil the spinach in water. The reason I mix the pepper with flour is because it goes well with a tuna and white sauce. However, if you want to use a different sauce, adjust the ingredients as necessary. Spinach Pie Spinach Pie
This dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.I love spinach. The first time I made this because I was given a bunch of free spinach from a grocery store tossing it out. The amount of flour may be adjusted next time I make it. It may need a little more. I may toss in a few mushrooms next time. If 2 pies are too many, you can freeze one for another time. The spices are optional. I'm Cajun so everything must have some spice! Bayou Cajun Mama -

Rich Spinach Potage Rich Spinach Potage
I make this soup a lot. It's perfect for when you have too much spinach.Don't let the onions brown or they will alter the color of the finished soup. It's better to blanch the spinach since it is somewhat bitter. However, after blanching some of the nutrients will be lost in the water, so don't squeeze it out before adding it to the blender. You need some water to purée it anyway, so it's perfect – two birds with one stone. Recipe by Peni-da cookpad.japan
