I still have a hand written recipe for banana bread (18 years old!) from a lovely lady named Sandy. Must be something about cooler weather and me and Bisquick. Gets close to fall and I gravitate to the Bisquick recipes. This cake version is a nice change from heavy banana bread. If you are eating this on the run you should probably skip the syrup! cindybear -
Banana Cake in a Bread Machine Banana Cake in a Bread Machine
I love using my bread machine. I tried making my usual pancake mix banana cake in the machine and it worked fantastic. No need to mix! No need to prep a pound cake tin either! By using pancake mix, you avoid the hassle measuring and sifting flour!I used a Panasonic Home Bakery bread machine to make this. Your bread machine may differ, so please follow its instructions for baking cakes. Scraping down the flour on the inside of the pan halfway through ensures that the surface of the cake will bake nicely and evenly. Recipe by Banyangarden cookpad.japan -

Soft Milky Bread with Cake Flour Soft Milky Bread with Cake Flour
I saw on TV that mixing tofu with pancake mix gives a soft texture. I thought you could bake bread with cake flour and tofu and gave it a try. It was so soft and delicious, so I decided to upload the recipe. The first time I made this, I used a medium crust setting, but it turned out very hard. So I definitely suggest using a light crust setting. When we have bread flour at home I substitute 10 - 20 g of the cake flour for strong flour for a softer, fluffier texture. Pound Cake-Shaped Fluffy Butter-Top Bread Pound Cake-Shaped Fluffy Butter-Top Bread
A mini-sized butter top made in a pound cake pan bought at the dollar store. The butter is soaked in from the crack at the top, so it's plenty delicious as-is! I made this recipe for an easy size that lets you cut and store it.If you use your fingers to apply a thin layer of shortening to the pan, it'll come out really easily. For the first rising, make sure your room temperature is no higher than 28℃. This milky bread is very delicious. Recipe by Kyasachama cookpad.japan
