Soft and Chewy Krispy Kreme-Style Donuts Soft and Chewy Krispy Kreme-Style Donuts
Krispy Kreme donuts are too far from me to buy, so I wanted to replicate their recipe. After many attempts I think this recipe comes close.Don't cover the donuts in plastic wrap for the second rise. For beautiful donuts take care when removing them from the wire rack. Use fresh oil when frying the donuts. If the oil temperature is too low, the color will be good by the donuts will be greasy, if the temperature is too high they'll cook too much and become hard. It's hard to get the temperature right. Please adjust the temperature as necessary. For 9 donuts. Recipe by koka mama cookpad.japan -
The Krispy Kreme Experience! Melt-in-Your-Mouth Doughnut The Krispy Kreme Experience! Melt-in-Your-Mouth Doughnut
I had a craving for Krispy Kreme honey glazed doughnuts and wanted to enjoy some at home!So far, I think this recipe is the closest to KKD's version. After the 2nd rising is completed, immediately fry them! Glaze them first before you start enjoying your hot fluffy doughnuts! If the dough is divided in 6 portions, the size of the doughnuts will be rather large. For regular sizes, divide the dough into 8 portions. Recipe by pogue cookpad.japan -

My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes
To make this recipe I referred to "Bread Loaf with 100% of Plain Flour and Whey" by user "Akkorin Mama". Using both granulated and powdered sugar gives it a pleasant melt-in-your-mouth texture. How to deep-fry the doughnuts in shallow oil my way: Pour enough oil into the pot so the doughnuts do not to touch the base of the pot. After the first batch, add a little oil. By doing this, the temperature of the oil will drop and the doughnuts won't burn easily in shallow oil. If the temperature of the oil rises too much, try adding some new unheated oil to bring the temperature down again. For small 16 to 18 doughnut holes. Recipe by miyuki12 cookpad.japan -
My Version of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts My Version of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
I tried many different combinations to make these and finally arrived at these Krispy Kreme-style doughnuts.Shaping them takes practice! At first I tried over and over to make them. They will be slightly wonky, but that is proof that they are homemade!Of course you can use butter or shortening instead of margarine. If you use unsalted butter or shortening, increase the salt to 4g.In step 3, I used a small amount of flour. Cinnamon Doughnut Holes Cinnamon Doughnut Holes
Makes 24-30 doughnut holes. Everytime I've made them, it's made 29. The story behind this recipe for me is that for highschool swimming, we had to make a baked good or treat to share with the team. I didn't want to just do something predictable like chocolate chip cookies, so I thought about the other sweets that I enjoy. And I thought about the State Fair and mini donuts popped in my mind. These doughnut holes are simple, fun and quick to make. Anna Udean
