Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Cucumber (or celery)
  2. 2 tspMiso
  3. 1 tspWasabi
  4. 1 tspMayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cucumber into 5 mm slices. Sprinkle with salt, then soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Mix the wasabi and miso with the cucumber slices.

    Add the mayonnaise just before serving. Sprinkle sesame seeds or bonito flakes to taste.

  3. 3

    You can cut the cucumber into sticks too.

  4. 4

    If you don't drain the excess water, it'll become watery, but you can use the water to make dressing to serve on salads or tofu.

    Great with celery too!

  6. 6

    Or combine cucumber and celery.
