Ingredients

  1. 100 gspinach
  2. 500 gboiled gizzard
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 2onions chopped
  5. 1pilipili hoho chopped
  6. cooking oil
  7. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Place a clean frying pan on heat and add oil then add the chopped onions

  2. 2

    Add the chopped tomatoes and pilipili hoho and allow to Fry

  3. 3

    Add the boiled gizzard and half cup water and add salt to taste

  4. 4

    Allow to cook for about 10 min before removing from heat

  5. 5

    Place another clean frying pan on heat and add oil. add onions and allow to Fry

  6. 6

    Add the chopped spinach and mix well add salt to taste mix well.

  7. 7

    Give time to fry for about 3 min before serving. Is best served with ugali
