Ingredients

  1. 1and half cup rice
  2. 1/4cabbage
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. Vegetable cooking oil
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    First of all cook the rice by adding 3 cups of water in a cooking pot. Add the salt and 3tbs cooking oil.

    Add the washed rice and cover to cook. When already soggy or little water remaining reduce the heat.

  3. 3

    Cook till all water is diminished.

  4. 4

    Add oil and onion to the cooking pot and heat till golden brown then add tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Add the cabbages and salt and stir well.

  6. 6

    Cover to cook for 10mins. Serve with rice.
