I made this as a thank you to my friend. i loved the recipe though it was simple i really enjoyed it
Cooking Instructions

Wash the potatoes, then peel the potatoes using a potatoe pillar.

Then divide them into small sizes.

In a sufuria, put in oil, add in onions and fry until soft.

Then add in the tomatoes, salt and stir. Stir untill they breakdown. Add in dania mix evenly.

Then add in the cut potatoes and stir. then add in a glass of water and stir very well. then cover tightly and cook for maximum 15 minutes.

Cook until soft. Dissolve royco in 30mls of water and add to the cooking tomatoes.

Then stir very well. Boil for 3 minutes to cook the royco then serve.
