  1. 1.500 gBoiled beans(prefered white soya beans)
  2. 2.1 kgpealed potatoes
  3. 3.1big nicely chopped carrot
  4. 4.1capsicum
  5. 5.1onion
  6. 6.cooking oil
  7. 7.pinch of salt
  8. 8.pinch of turmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking oil into your sufuria/pan

  2. 2

    Onto the cooking oil add onions..fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add capsicum and carrots fry for 2minutes

  4. 4

    Add your tomatoes and turmeric fry for 5min

  5. 5

    Add pealed potatoes let them simmer for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Add boiled beans onto the potatoes..let it simmer for 10 min

  7. 7

    Add just enough water to make sure your potatoes are well cooked.Be careful not to put too much water

  8. 8

    Cook for another 20min until all the soup has dried from the sufuria and the potatoes well cooked

  9. 9

    Serve while hot
