Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2
Pour olive oil on the bottom of the glass pan. Not to cover the entire bottom, just to line the pork chops.
- 3
Place pork chops into the dish making sure that the olive oil is spread evenly throughout the dish.
- 4
Add the chopped onions, celery, and carrots. Pour a layer of chicken broth to cover the bottom of the dish. Use a fork to break apart the jelly sauce to evenly distribute it throughout the dish.
- 5
Add a taste of salt and pepper, cover the dish with aluminum foil, and place into the oven for 35 mins.
- 6
Enjoy!

Pork Chops With Ginger Cherry Sauce
I always try to take some of my recipes and change the flavors up. This is almost just like my boneless chops with cherry sauce but the ginger and scallions add a wonderful note of new flavor. I hope you'll enjoy these.

Pork Chops with Pomegranate Sauce
I made 12 thinner chops, because that's what I had on hand. Normally I would do a thicker chop and serve 1 per person. The amount of sauce came out to about 1 Teaspoon per chop.

Raspberry Glazed Pork Chops
Scrumptious pork chops spiced and herbed to perfection. The thyme and sage compliment the sweet and tangy raspberry sauce wonderfully. I love it with mashed potatoes, broccoli or sugar snap peas.

Balsamic Glazed Brined Pork Chops
Adapted this recipe from Epicurious. The original used some weird ingredients like "Treviso raddichio" and "Belgian endives" that I've never heard of and have essentially no chance of finding here, so I just dropped them. I also have no energy to fire up the charcoal grill so I just did this over a pan. 🇮🇹

Bourbon Glazed Brined Pork Chops
This is similar to my earlier recipe for balsamic glazed pork chops, but the glaze this time uses bourbon. I got a bottle of Wild Turkey and this looks like a good use for it. 🐖🥩🥃

Pork Chops
These are natural pork chops, not smoked ones. I didn't know how to cook them, so I found a simple recipe online. As usual, I couldn't get all the ingredients, so here's what I used. Note: I use an electric oven, so it takes a bit longer to bake the meat, but if you use a gas oven, it might take less time. Remember to keep an eye on the cooking time.
