You can use regular baking mix & flour cup for cup. No adjustments needed. You can also use any kind of milk you like cup for cup.

Ingredients

  1. 2pork chops
  2. 1/2 cupgluten-free baking mix
  3. 1/4 cupshortening
  4. 1/4 cupgluten-free all purpose flour
  5. 1 1/2 cupwater
  6. 2 tspbeef bouillon (or 2 cubes)
  7. 1/3 cupsoymilk

Cooking Instructions

    Coat pork chops with baking mix. Heat shortening in 10" skillet over medium heat until melted. Cook pork until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet.

    Stir flour into skillet. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth & bubbly. Stir in water & bouillon. Heat til boiling, stirring constantly, until bouillon is dissolved. Boil & stir 1 minute. Add pork; reduce heat. Cover & simmer 20 minutes.

    Uncover. Take out pork. Stir milk in gradually. Add pork back & heat through. Then serve.
