Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes in salted water until almost cooked. Set aside
- 2
Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric and dhania
- 3
Add water and mix to form a thick batter. It should not be too thick or too runny
- 4
Add the cooked potatoes into the turmeric gram flour batter. Coat evenly well
- 5
On medium heat, add oil to large heavy bottomed pan. Once oil is hot enough carefully drop the coated potatoes into the oil. Keep turning and cook until golden brown

Set aside in kitchen towel to drain off excess oil. Serve with ukwaju sauce, dips, meat or even eat on its own
