Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Cupsugar
  2. 1/2 cupoil
  3. 2Ripe bananas
  4. 1 Tspground cinnamon
  5. 2 cupsself raising flour
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1Egg
  8. 1/8 CupNuts (I added cashews, peanuts and macadamia all chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients. Excluding the nuts.

    Mash bananas, add in the oil, milk and egg beaten separately then added.

  3. 3

    Fold in the dry ingredients to the wet ones until fully incorporated, add the nuts.

  4. 4

    Pour in a lined/greased tin and bake at 180deg for 45mins or until a knife/fork etc comes out clean.
