Cooking Instructions

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook your pasta or spaghetti according to package directions minus 1 minute (if it recommends 7 minutes for cook, please boil for 6 minutes).

Drain water, reserving 1 cup pasta water, and return to pot. If you add a little bit olive oil, your pasta will not stick.

Meanwhile, you can start to prepare your sauce. Slice onions, mushrooms, garlic and bacon.

In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil and cook garlic until your feel its smell.

Add onions and fry them until become transparent.

Add bacon and mushrooms and cook them for a few minutes.

Add flour and mix very well.

Add pasta water which you reserved and consomme cube. After the cube melts, add milk and heat it whiling mixing. It will become a bit sticky.

Add you boiled pasta and season with salt and pepper. It's done!
