My meatballs always disintegrate in the sauce until chef Brian taught me how to cook meatballs the right way
Cooking Instructions

For the meat balls cut the onions,spring onion,n dhania and fry in alittle oil till tender but not brown

Add to the minced meat add the 2 tbs breadcrumbs,egg and salt and knead in all ingredients

Scoop with a tablespoon and first flatten on your palm

Then form into a ball with your other palm this ensures it has no seams hence doesnt disintegrate

Form eight ball and put them to set in the fridge for 10 minutes as you work on the sauce

You can fry them like that but i like to egg wash

Then coat in breadcrumbs it add crunchiness

Fry in hot oil till both sides brown n put on paper towel to drain excess oil

You can serve like this or in sauce

For the sauce

Fry the onion and garlic till brown

Add grated tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for 3 mins

Add two cups water and the bayleaf and dilute the cornflour in alittle water to thicken the sauce.season with salt

Add the meatballs and sugar cook for 5 minutes and serve
