Ingredients

  1. 1 cupleftover rice..a day old
  2. 1smokie/sausage/hot dog
  3. Assorted vegetables
  4. Soy sauce
  5. Salt,paprika, Cayenne
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all your ingredients

  2. 2

    Heat up your pan and add a little oil....add your onions

  3. 3

    Let them cook for a while before adding your diced smokies

  4. 4

    Add your vegetables and stir

  5. 5

    Add salt,parsley,and your spices at this point

  6. 6

    Give it a good stir before adding in your rice..add a little soy sauce

  7. 7

    Let it cook for a few minutes before serving

Very good ideia Pure! We do same thing in Japan. We call the fried rice "Cha-han"!
