Ingredients

  1. Boiled beans
  2. 1 cupheavy coconut milk
  3. 1 cuplight coconut milk
  4. 1onion
  5. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, heat the oil and saute the chopped onion

  2. 2

    Put in the boiled beans and add into it 1 cup of light coconut milk

  3. 3

    Let it simmer for 10min

  4. 4

    Add in the heavy coconut milk and simmer for 2 min then remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Serve with rice or chapati. Enjoy
